I travel a lot for work, sometimes going from plane, cab, hotel, conference room, hotel, dinner, airplane. Traveling to the west coast is a little easier, in the since that I wake up super early before meetings, con my co-worker to power walk the city and get a delicious biscuit. Because, I LOVE BISCUITS!
I added 3 of my Seattle pictures as we literally power walked all over before our first meeting. The beauty in that was 1. beating the extremely long line at Biscuit Bitch, and 2. seeing all the sites, well - the Pike Place Market and Gum Alley. Which is super gross, but interesting history behind it.
My personal and quick review of the place is...it instantly stole me heart when it was 7am and they were blaring straight trap music. Whenever I walk into an establishment and they are blaring some 2Chainz, they will take all of my money. All. Of. It. Which, because this place is extremely affordable, I didn't have to fork it over. Well, actually, I didn't have to fork any of my personal money over because I was working and I expensed it. But! If I had to use my own money, it would be here.
It isn't your typical "southern biscuit", you know - that flaky, delicious, fluffy goodness. It's a different biscuit, I guess, the Pacific Northwest type biscuit. I ordered the Bitchwitch (menu names are on point). It was a biscuit sandwich filled with this orange mystery sauce, egg, cheese and bacon. It took me about 15 minutes to consume and it was delicious. It no, joke...filled me up until dinner (but because I love food, I didn't wait until dinner). So, if you're in Seattle, I would try it out, but don't go if your expecting a calm, southern environment, this place is all sorts of weird and amazingly delicious.
