Holiday at Home Workout
Eating too many cookies? Drinking all the booze and eggnog? Ya, me too.
Here is an awesome workout my trainer, Jonathan of Elite Fitness of Atlanta (Check out his site here!) gave me. I've done it before and it definitely does the trick! You don't need any equipment; except your shoes, timer and an awesome playlist!
Quick shout out to the photographer husbands out there...WOO!
1/2 Mile Run
10 Air Squats
10 Squat Jumps
30 Second Squat hold at the bottom
15 Donkey Kicks (Video here) each leg
30 Second ISO Hip Raise (Video Here) - but hold it at the top)
Pushups to Failure (don't cheat yourself, you can do a lot more than you think you can!)
45 Second Plank
After the three rounds I usually did 5-10 sprints to burn some extra froyo off.
